- 18 Mac 2022 : TDC Care Berhad ditubuhkan secara rasmi | TDC Care Berhad was officially established
- 23 Disember 2022: MoU TDC Care bersama Wakaf Pulau Pinang | MoU TDC Care with Waqf Penang
- 21 Februari 2023: Perlantikan Tn Hj Zairulshahfudin Zainal Abidin sebagai penasihat kehormat TDC Care Berhad | The appointment of Mr Hj Zairulshahfudin Zainal Abidin as an honorary advisor to TDC Care Berhad
- 14 & 15 Mac 2023: Bengkel perancangan strategik TDC Care Berhad. Penyertaan dari 30 orang terdiri dari kakitangan dan pengedar TDC | TDC Care Berhad strategic planning workshop. The participation of 30 people consisting of TDC staff and dealers
